Pricing FAQ

Is there really no credit card needed?

Correct. Sign up with your email or Google, and your account immediately starts on the Pro plan for 30 days. We don't ask for a card unless you choose to keep Pro after the trial.

What happens after my 30 free days?

Your account rolls down to the Basic plan ($9/mo, which you also don't pay for during launch — we'll let you know before any billing starts). All your existing projects stay; some Pro-only features like brand kit and signed approvals get hidden until you upgrade.

Do I lose my data if I don't upgrade?

No. Your projects, comments, and uploads stay intact. Pro-only features are gated, but everything else keeps working.

Is this for non-designers?

ClientMarkup is built specifically for graphic, web, and brand designers who run client revisions. If you're collecting visual feedback on images, mockups, PDFs, or web designs — it's for you. If you only need to review raw video files or code, it's not the right fit.

Can my client use it without signing up?

Yes — that's the whole point. Send your client a share link. They type their name, leave feedback, sign off. No account, no app, no friction.
